Private Sessions are a time and space for your whole self.
Depending on where the practice goes, I take the role of a guide in leading supportive exercises (somatic, mobility, strength), an active witness, an interpreter, assist, an accountability partner, and always listening support.
practices offered: functional fitness, asana (physical yoga postures with adaptations as seen appropriate), prana (breathing), meditation, mindfulness, contemplative practices, somatic, and varied dance training modalities
