Dance Church® is a fitnessy/dance party format designed for people of all shapes and sizes, backgrounds, levels and identities. A communal space for people who want to move their bodies in a fun and open way.


San Diego has DC once a month on a Saturday At the Light Box Theatre in Liberty Station.

Falling Into Fall

Embrace the change of season and greet what's to come with a mindful reset! Through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine, somatics, and CI, we will explore the organs associated with Autumn as material to deepen our relationship with gravity and support our whole selves. We will find new pathways in solo and partner play.

personalized mind/body practices to support your groove

Private Sessions are a time and space carved out for you to breathe and be with yourself.
Depending on where the practice goes, I take the role of a guide, an active witness, an interpreter, assist, and always listening support 

practices offered:  asana  (physical yoga postures with adaptations as seen appropriate), prana (breathing), meditation, mindfulness, contemplative, somatic, and dance training modalities
