According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, we are currently in the Wood (spring) season—a time of expansion and growth. In this practice, we will honor this energy through mindful movement and awareness. We will reach outward, connect inward, and explore what is already present to discover something new. This guided experience weaves together motor control, body awareness, breath, contemplative practices, mobility, biomechanics, and more.

Private Sessions are a time and space for your whole self.
Depending on where the practice goes, I take the role of a guide in leading supportive practices (somatic, mobility, strength), an active witness, an interpreter, assist, an accountability partner, and always listening support.
modalities offered: functional fitness, asana (physical yoga postures with adaptations as seen appropriate), prana (breathing), meditation, mindfulness, contemplative practices, somatic, and varied dance training modalities
