According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, we are currently in the wood 🪵  (spring) season. For April, we're

donating to Tree San Diego honoring this season for expansion and growth.
SHAKE LAB is where we find a million different ways to shake, jostle, rock, slosh our systems in a collective and durational practice.
No dance experience needed. There's no wrong way.
